A support group for Adoptive and Long Term Foster Parents who have children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). This group is sponsored in partnership between The Adoptive Families Association of British Columbia and FASD Connections, and is held in Langley, BC. Monthly meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month and are facilitated by Marsha Teichman and Tina Antrobus.
Marsha is an adoptive mom who has taught in the field of special education for over 25 years and is currently completing a Master's degree in Leadership. She and her husband Bruce have a 19 year old son who has taught them everything they know about FASD.
Tina has provided family support and education to individuals, families, and professionals living and working with FASD for the past 6 years and is an active member and advocate in the FASD Community.

Abbotsford Parent Support Group
A support group for adoptive and long term foster parents of children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). This group meets the first (support night) and third (education night) Wednesday of each month, and the last Sunday of each month (family activity). Join any or all of the meetings.
Meetings are held at the Child Development Centre in Abbotsford, 154-32885 Ventura Avenue.

PROJECT SAVE
A support group for parents of adolescents and adults with FASD, sponsored by FASD Connections. This group is held in Surrey, BC every third Tuesday of the month and facilitated by Bob Steeves.
Bob and his wife, June, have been married for 35 years and have raised two adopted children who are now adults. Their son has FAS and was diagnosed as an adult.
