With almost a decade in the industry, Caitlin is a veteran of the non-profit sector. A sibling of someone on the autism spectrum, she has an innate passion for working alongside people with neurodevelopmental diversities and their families.
Caitlin joined the Centre in 2012 as an assessment coordinator, moving to the position of Family and Community Support Coordinator in 2015, and Operations Manager in 2018.
Caitlin has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and training in trauma-informed practice. As Operations Manager she gets to combine her keen interest in neurodevelopment with her aptitude for organization and efficiency to enhance service delivery and meet the complex needs of both our clients and our organization.
When not in the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time outside exploring nature with her husband and two energetic little boys.
