Leah Plouffe

Family Preservation Worker

Hi there, my name is Leah Plouffe and my family roots are Cree Nation from Saddle Lake Alberta and French Canadian. I am in my third year working with Indigenous peoples and communities, previously in Aboriginal skills and employment training. Being new to the Through an Aboriginal Lens (TAL) Program team my hope is to bring my skills, experience, knowledge and culture to my new position as Family Preservation Worker.

I call Abbotsford my home with my daughter and our cat Felix. I love exploring BC, connecting with nature and having my head in the clouds on top of a mountain.
