Lisa Doff

Speech-Language Pathologist

Lisa Doff, M.H.Sc., RSLP (C), completed her graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto in 2010 and has been working in the field of speech-language pathology since then. She has always loved working with children and spent the first part of her career working at a non-profit children’s centre with a multidisciplinary team. It was through interactions with families and colleagues there that she gained a much deeper understanding of how to effectively work with children with a range of strengths and needs. This was very rewarding work, and when her family moved to BC, she looked for a similar role. She was thrilled to join the Asante Centre, an organization with a big heart to help the community. She provides therapy services at the Centre for children and youth of all ages, particularly in the areas of speech sound production, building expressive language skills, comprehension skills, and social communication skills. She also is part of the team that provides multidisciplinary assessments for FASD, ASD, and other brain-based difficulties.
