Dr. Neil Heard

Family Physician

Dr. Heard is a physician working in Duncan, BC, who has recently joined the diagnostic team at Asante Centre. He has been seeing adults on Vancouver Island. Dr. Heard has had extensive experience with FASD, having graduated as a Paeditarician after residency in Cape Town South Africa, and serving on FASD diagnostic and intervention clinics in Northwestern Alberta as part of the NW Alberta FASD Network since 1999.
